WHAT I STAND FOR
I was particularly taken with the intrapreneurship approach: entrepreneurship in the company. Finding the entrepreneurial potential in each individual, promoting it and to undertake his or her life. In my life, the topic of leadership has been with me since my time in the as a major field of study and during my doctorate, through professional stations as a leader and as a leader and as a manager up to my professorship in Entrepreneurship and innovation.
I have been doing coaching and team training in various formats since 2002. In feedback, interlocutors describe me as very inspiring, highly empathic and particularly appreciative. Diverse perspectives from the profit and non-profit sectors, from operational, management and advisory board activities and, last but not least, from research, are the background of experience from which I draw.
