"IN LIFE THERE ARE NO ACHIEVEMENTS, ONLY FORCES IN MOTION. YOU HAVE TO CREATE THEM AND THE SOLUTIONS WILL FOLLOW."

WHAT I STAND FOR

Originally trained as a journalist with experience at various titles, I switched to corporate communications at an early stage. A field that I still enjoy very much today.

In the meantime, however, my life has become even more diverse. Through various trainings in coaching, mediation, change management, and emotional intelligence, my spectrum has broadened.
At the same time I had the opportunity to build up and lead different small businesses as an entrepreneur. I would like to bring this know-how together and advise people at turning points, especially of a professional nature. Just as I continue to support companies in their change processes with internal communications consulting.

Are you also in the spiral of deciding what you want to do after a rich professional life? Become a consultant? Start your own business? Or simply go on a journey? Then you have come to the right place. Maybe we will find an idea together. I will help you to realize it.
