WHAT I STAND FOR
The evolution of organizations, changes in values and generations, and digitalization and globalization are on the one hand based on people and on the other hand have a strong influence on society and individuals. I strongly believe that in order to not only manage change, but also to shape it (in spite of its complexity and speed) one has to change oneself and learn in a targeted manner. And I have incorporated these beliefs into my own daily life.
