"Big Data for Big Questions" - that is my motto. As the founder of HRForecast, I pursue the vision of enabling future-oriented and sustainably effective management through data-based decisions. Through my interdisciplinary, years of experience both in industry in various finance and planning functions as well as in consulting, I bring comprehensive, cross-sector expert knowledge in solving strategic questions in complex, fast-moving environments. My focus is on strategic workforce planning and data analytics.
