I advise companies on the development and implementation of strategic positioning and transformation projects with a focus on culture development and attitude change - "Mindset Matters" and a focus on the topics of Future Work as well as sustainable corporate governance. My foundation of strategy development, consulting and coaching is in most cases a strong listening based analysis, Mindset Mapping.
In 2011, I developed the Sustainability Image Score (SIS), which has been included in the German Sustainability Award since 2013. In addition, I have produced various studies, such as German Digital Angst (2016), Shaping the Workforce of the Future (2018), which shed light on the future of our economy under social and corporate challenges.
Against this background, it is my concern to accompany people and companies on their way to aligning their attitude, leadership and corporate culture with the future.
